We have been completely devastated by the fire.
We will post more information when we know what comes next. Right now we are heartbroken for our whole building that is filled with artists, makers, and small businesses. There is so much loss.
Hot Wood Arts
is an arts space that was developed to encourage collaboration, inspiration, and friendship in an urban environment. It houses seventeen resident artists’ studios, a gallery and a stage for performances.
In 2010 we began as a series of pop-up shows featuring visual and performing artists.
Our Red Hook facility opened in 2012.
